Track Your Order Online

Already placed an order for beautiful handmade rug(s) with us? Use our online tracking system to track your order through every step of the delivery process. You can track your order using the UPS/DHL tracking number that were emailed to you. Please, follow the steps below:

1. First, find your order's Tracking Number in the email sent to you with the subject of 'Tracking Number'. If you lost your order number, you may email us and we'll send you the Tracking Number again. (Example of Tracking Number: 2955460336)

2. Select Courier Company (either UPS or DHL) mentioned in the email from the drop-down menu and enter the numeric Tracking Number in the box below. Enter only the numeric order number. No letters or symbols.

3. Click "Track!". Your order's UPS/DHL Tracking Information will be displayed on UPS/DHL's website.
